Put liquids into the blender first.
Marinate your meats for at least 1 hour.
Reserve some of the marinade to baste as you cook your meats.
Put dry ingredients into the blender first. The dry ingredients may get stuck to the blender and not mix in.
Prep your meats prior to the marinating. Trim excess fat and cut to size before marinating.
