Marinade Tips

DO:

  • Put liquids into the blender first.

  • Marinate your meats for at least 1 hour.

  • Reserve some of the marinade to baste as you cook your meats.

DON'T:

  • Put dry ingredients into the blender first. The dry ingredients may get stuck to the blender and not mix in.

  • Prep your meats prior to the marinating. Trim excess fat and cut to size before marinating.
