This marinade is friggin' deeeeeeeliiiicious! Tons of flavor! Bright! Savory! Smoky!
I marinated chicken with this recipe but you can use this with pork, fish or veggies!
This recipe sings on the grill and is even better the next day. I don't think I craved chicken this much since I smelled someone's fried chicken at the office while I was picking at my sad salad.
So throw down on greens, grab a pack of pitas & hummus (try my Butternut Squash Hummus) and have a feast!
Here's how to make it.......
*This will marinate up to 2 pounds of meat.
Prep your chicken, or meat of choice, and have ready on standby.
Combine all ingredients into a blender and buzz away until it is all smooth. Thats it! Reserve about a quarter cup of the marinade for basting while grilling.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover and marinate for about 1 - 4 hours.
Fire up your grill, use the reserve to baste as your flip your chicken. Enjoy!
